Arran 550

Has anyone any data or spec's ,information on an Arran550 bilge keeler sailer. Where they were made and by who.There's no I.D.plate fixed to the hull. The sail number is 180,the only info I have is this boat was on show at the 1982 London boat show.Any copies of brochures and such like gratefully recived.

Re Arran 550. Made in Cambridge up to about 1984, Went to have a look at one, nice finish , and quite a pretty hull of its type, for the life of me cannot remember the boatyards name, but it was on the west side of the river Cam, just off the main road to Ely. Sailed fairly well and competed with the Leisure 17, Bradwell 18 of similar era...Regards Tony W
