Jimi

Last spring I stood and watched a man wet and dry a repair to his gelcoat.

He stood on a wooden ladder and dipped his electric sander in a bucket of soapy water and sanded the repair.

After a few minutes I asked him if that was a wise thing to do and he replied that he was quite safe. He had an RCD, he was wearing rubber soled shoes and standing on a wooden ladder.

Not being electircally minded, I thought nothing more of it. I saw him later that season on the water, so he must have got away with it.

Was he wise? Someone must know.
