Are Admiralty Leisure Chart Folios supplied folded ?

Qat. I did email ukho to ask but got no reply : can anyone tell me whether Admiralty Leisure Chart Folios are supplied rolled or folded or flat ?

The one I have for the West Coast of Scotland was supplied flat.
 
I recently purchased an Admiralty folio chart set from Chartroom-Online .com who sent them folded over in the wallet in a polythene mail bag. Fortunately nothing heavy had been placed on top and the charts were just ok, but the wallet was creased irreparably and will not lie flat.
I sent the company an email voicing feedback on poor packaging, and requesting a new wallet. No reply, so avoid this company.

Doh..and there was me thinking they might at least have sent you an email telling you to Get Lost;):D (geddit)
