Aqua Signal Series 42 replacement

My 2003 Aqua Signal have cracked housings and they are discontinued.

They are a semi recessed design which means there will be a hole when I remove it.

They are also quite large at 125mm x 125mm.

It is probably time for an LED replacement.

Aqua Signal only offered their Series 44 as a replacement, which is a bit smaller and in my opinion quite ugly.

Any suggestions on a suitable large LED replacement?

How about a smaller but equally as powerful smaller light with a nice stainless or plastic backing plate to cover the old hole ?

Yes, that is plan B.

As there were lots of these lights made and I imagine they are all getting older and brittle, hopefully someone has done a swap and can post a photo.

I got a replacement from Paul at Coastal Rides last year, top service and a good price, even better when I fitted a bright LED inside it.
