If you request it through Shiply then you will get competing quotes, the best probably has a return load.
I got a very good price from Shiply this year, less than half the other quotes. It was a professional boat transporter on an empty return. I was flexible on dates (one month window) which helps.

Glad it worked out for you, it was a waste of time for me!
Just to throw out another name, I've previously used John Shephard transport and was very happy. Dedicated yacht transport setup. It was a while ago though. 2014, a 33ft yacht from Brightlingsea to Mallaig cost £1600. Plus crane hire either end (Mallaig was reasonable, about £120, but Brightlingsea charged an arm and a leg).

If I was in the country I would be well up for a sea delivery 🙂

Yes John Shepherd would be an ideal option for delivery to Scotland.
As noted above, delivery to a Clyde marina cheaper than if need to take further NW, particularly as they regular loads from Largs/Kip
Plus it wouldn't hurt contacting marinas at (say) Kip; Largs or James Watt Dock asking if there is a boat going south. You may get a cheaper deal going north before or after....

I used Gilbert Brown to move a 38 foot boat from Windermere to Hamble last month. Just over £2k inc VAT. Excellent service, very professional. He's based in the Lakes and is very busy up and down to the south coast. Worth a call.

I have done it, some years ago. Hamble to Kip. Would have been much longer and more expensive to most W. Coast locations.
+1 for John Shepherd.

I moved a 30 ft yacht with John Shepherd last year from Scotland (Clyde Marina) to Solent (Gosport) for £1800. I found the service exceptionally professional, absolutely no problem.

All sailing plans have been on hold for 18 months because of Long Covid. One plan was to relocate to Scotland. That's too big an undertaking for me at the moment so I'm wondering about the cost of delivery or transport. Just a rough idea would be useful.
I have looked at this in the past and realised that the quoted delivery charge is only part of the cost, which overall can easily double once you take into account:

Lift Out at starting port
Unship Mast
Load onto the lowloader
Offload from low loader at destination
Re-rig mast etc
Relaunch
VAT

I could also add, remove sails, and disconnect and reconnect electrics, instruments etc.

Hence why it was said earlier in this thread, for a medium length delivery it may depend where the boat is currently. If ashore with mast down the opposite would apply- extra costs to launch for sea delivery.
Boats are expensive!
