Apologies in advance

thank goodness for that ! We thought you were going soft in your old age with all those wine cellars and things around.

You deserve the mug and the meetings !

Haha, fat chance. It's costing me a fortune in trips to London and hotels/favours.

Nat geo offered travel expenses to the tune of £50, £20 shy of the train ticket alone, but hey, if it inspires people to go do something they'll remember forever, then jobs a goodun, as they say in these parts. Maybe if I move above Z-list^-100 celebrity I'll end up in the black for my effort. :p

Hopefully I'll get some blogs to read while I'm committed to work life. :)

Your self employed arn't you?

You can certainly write off part of the cost of your home/boat for use as office.

I do!

p.s.

If you can't be bothered to read it, I've added a listen now link. It's at the top of every blog posts, and converts the text to speech to avoid all that tedious word digestion :)

Just tried the Listen Now button. By far the best text to audio I have come across.

We could do with one of those on the forum pages. Fast forward five years....

Thank-you

Very eloquent Nathan....

PS I've got a brand new spare radio aerial if you want it... rat tail type for the roof... Mind you I don't know if you would be willing to put a Skoda aerial on your ?Subaru?:)

... for the shameless self promotion, but I've not written for a while and so I thought I'd post this. I was going to stick it in the lounge, but then I figured it was far too boaty for those reprobates ;)

For anybody thinking it's too cold to visit the boat...

Good read :) Sure your future speaking engagements will go well ;)

Thank you all.

And, Paul, thanks for the offer. I actually have an aerial on my car, it's the coax that's missing (no, I have no idea why either). I just didn't want to go off on a tangent about the finer workings, or not, of my car. :)
