we charted a appollo which was 40ft long it was a good sail boat but it was a very old one & we charted the boat from sunsail . to be blunt the boat was absolutely worn out everything was past it.
but the boat design etc seemed ok if i was you i would avoid x charter boats if you are looking to buy
