erm well think I'd better bite my lip and grind out an apology before things get too serious!

I am now sort of mobile able to manouvre with difficulty but its all my fault.

I bought the shoes on Saturday, tried the right one on, fitted like a glove and said OK I'll have them. The supplier very kindly said "are'nt you going to try the other one on?" "No" said I, "It'll fit"

well I'm now hobbling around co I wore the lesft shoe determimedly hoping it would stretch into shape but I'm now nearly lame cos the left shoe is in fact 1 size smaller than the right one.

Morale of the story .. its not always the supplier's fault and always try both shoes on!

However on the other hand if I had tried the left shoe on and it did'nt fit and I'd told the supplier that but they'd said "Yes it does!" took my money chucked me out the shop and locked the door then called the law when I tried to get the right sized left shoe then that would be a different box of fluffy bunnies!

Re: tch, tch..............

.. Haramph . petulant stamping indeed.. I just put them in the box and took them home, twas only when I came to use it that the problem emerged and being a stoical sort of chap I've tried to make the best of a tight situation! However I think I'll have to take back the smaller one and get the right size, the nice shop assistant has told me that would'nt be a problem.

However in scenario 2 I think I would have been quite entitled to take both shoes off and fling 'em through the shop window and then go off to a nice shoemaker who'd sort me out with a nice pair of DMs!

Re:Ahhh!

I can see where your going wrong. Your one of them trouble makes that go around USING THINGS. Oh dear Oh dear. Don't you know that the warranty self destructs, as of course does the product, if you use things?

Still seeing how your going on with your shoe supplier and without prejudice I won't be buying the huge shoes I was considering from what could well be the same supplier as your good self.

Crikey they were huge shoes too.

Re:Ahhh!

Och no! However the shoeshop cowboys of scenario 2 have told me that my feet are so smelly that no one of sound mind and nostril would venture anywhere near them. And there's me bathing the wee beauties in wild asses milk and honey every evening .. damned cheek ...
