Anyone visited Douro marina in 2013

Hello - we're considering Douro marina in Porto as a potential winter location to liveaboard. All the info I have found so far has been from 2012 where they say there are temporary facilities which will be expanded at the end of 2012.

Could anyone who has been this year let me know what the facilities are like please, also what security at the marina was like.

Hello Nichola,
We have been in the marina on june 22 for a few days. We are locally based so have watched the development since the opening. The shore buildings are now complete with very good showers.
Their website shows 2013 prices.
Security is average to good.
For less than half the price you could over winter in Povoa de Varzim !
