Anyone using Navionics+ on iPad?

Yes very good! The coverage areas are clear in the app store or Navionics site. I have UK and Holland. With the right app, you identify the area required and press download so you can control how much memory is used up.

There is a new depth plugin (couple of quid) that lets you change the colours below a certain depth but you don't really need.

Tides and currents are all built in and seem reasonable. Shows wind which I find less reliable.

And to answer the question directly... "Anyone using Navionics on iPad?" - Answer: Thousands happily.

Tony - thanks but the question was about their new offering (called +) which is subscription based and provides chart updates plus bathymetry data based on something called sonar charts. Like you I am a fan of the base Navionics offer but want to know if the £19.49 for the "+" is worth it?

My apologies - missed the +. I've seen the in app purchase for 12 month chart updates so not sure if that and the new depth plugin thingy results in the same thing?
