Anyone used Wichard Soft Block

While looking for something else, I came across the Wichard Soft Block I wonder if anyone has any experience of using them. Are they as low friction as a traditional block? I also cannot find prices. One would hope that without moving parts that they would be cheaper than the equivalent traditional block - but they are new and marine!
