Anyone used Sandhaven?

I am thinking of using Sandhaven on the Moray Firth coast. it is an old harbour trying to start again. Any experience out there?

Sandhaven dries does it not? Very exposed in a northerly I would think.

Looking at Google Maps, it's certainly unsullied by boats. Looking at their website, there seem to be a lot of pictures of storm damage!

They now have pontoons in the inner harbour and are trying their best!

I've been surfing at Sandhaven so wouldn't think it's a comfortable place for a boat...
