Anyone selling a cheap boat

Hi, I've just had a bad survey on a boat I was about to buy. Does anyone have anything in the up to 8k region for sale. I'm looking for a cruiser 24' - 35' ish twin engines prefered but not essential, diesel prefered but not essential. Don't mind a bit of tidying work but need it to be basically sound cash waiting !! The Bertram is moored by ours in Old harbour, Jersey - i saw some people on it the other day and the for sale sign has gone, could have been mechanics though

Dom, as with most of my other requirements ideally I'd like 15 kts+, but will consider boats that only do hull speed. Hardtop would be fine in fact might be prefereable.....cheers Iain

Mike, would you believe I looked over that boat this very morning she' lying in Weymouth. There were a few bits wrong and I didn't get the right feel if you know what I mean, I'll be replying to your e-mail with a bit more detail.. cheers Iain
