Anyone recommend a RELIABLE Valeter? Southampton Area

I desperately need someone to externally clean and polish my 34' Windy.
I booked someone to do it 2x weeks ago and they've just made excuse after excuse...
Surely there must be a reliable and trustworthy valeter able to do it?
