You could try Steve Jones (SCEJ on this forum). He is based at Poole, but I can highly recommend Steve.

I would try Jonathan Frary, he is Plymouth based, very well qualified, and has a business doing deliveries, skippering, as well as instructing. He trained us last year, what he does not know is probably not worth knowing!
