Yes only trouble is I cant get there by tommorrow am
but if you look at the top of the bristol channel theres a little cream bit which may be ok
The wind is supposed to drop to 10 mph by then hopefully
Im planing on going to cardiff and sneeking in to the millenium stadium as my team leeds are playing watford sun pm
Anyone know how much I will have to pay for some black market tickets

Yes - the CI cruise gets together today, supposed to be leaving tomorrow. We only move in conditions that we think everyone will be comfortable in, so it looks like we won't be going anywhere for a little while...

Hopefully a gap in the weather will open up, but we won't take any risks.

You have to be joking - I was out in a fast RIB the other w/e in F5/F6 and it was most uncomfortable.

Exciting yes, but jezz the hammering my poor old bod took was something else.

I take my hat off to the RIB boys that circumnavigate GB at 50knots+........

i am to, on Sunday.

My mum may have decided she would rather stay at home and bake, so without any crew all i'll be doing is measuring up for the boat name and sorting out the anchor chin and line.

So if anyone fancies a bit of a blast, i'll be in Gosport
 
Was also planning to go to Cardiff on Saturday and stay until Sunday - We have tickets for the rugby on Sat. Will leave the boat on berth and let the train take the strain now - very disappointing.

Does anyone know when summer will start this year, I'm nearly ready to vote for anybody that advocates a bit of global warming?
 
I woke up on the boat and thought it was December

I don't think I saw one mobo go out since Thurs night, windy, rainy and heating back on, what a hobby, saw Da Vinchi code, what a load of tommy rot
 
Well done Mark, we chose discretion over valour and took the train. The rugby was A1 and what an atmosphere! Can't bring myself to wish Leeds luck for later today but I hope you get a ticket and have a good time. More importantly get home safe and sound - wind seems to have dropped but very wet at the mo.
