I have a SIRS Major II.
Made in 1999, it did just a couple of years service on our last boat, but we took it off and replaced it with a chartplotter. Since then it has been sitting on a shelf in my store.
Anyway, I have no use for it and was wondering if anyone wanted it. I do not want any money for it, but would just ask whoever wants it to send me a postage-paid label.
It is is perfect working order, but would of course need swinging. The only damage is to the paintwork around the 4 holes that attach it to the binnacle. When we took it off, the bolts holding it down had not been corrosion proofed so we had a fair bit of work to get them off. Only cosmetic though and nothing a little white paint wouldn't sort.
