Anyone know where Stephen Etheridge's yard was?

I wondered if anyone knew where Stephen Etheridge's yard in Lymington was located? I understand he passed away a few years ago and the yard may have closed? My boat was put together there and was interested in where it actually was.

Yeah, I found that on Google, but seems to be residential and not a work shop/yard. I'm thinking that may be a postal address.

Etheridge and Hutton did collaborate on a number of projects. I certainly seem to remember that the Rob Humphreys designed Rollerskate was a joint effort. Very significant boat really, as it laid the foundations for many of Rob’s subsequent designs.

FWIW, I just googled rollerskate, and there was an ad for her in an auction in Ramsgate in 2019, guide price 3000-5000.
