Some of you may remember Richard Poat from MBM Cruise in Company days and more latterly, Motor Boat Owner. Richard's well known for buying wrecks and rebuilding them into great sea boats.

Well, he's just claimed another wreck and renamed it Fermain Chief. Can you shed any light on what it is?

First, the hull shape

Second, the side view

Third, the inside of the hull with Richard wondering what he's taken on

Funnily enough I was going to post that it seems to have shrunk a little..
Its a solid boat, and I am sure that Richard will turn it into a rather nice little cruiser as he has all his other projects.

I know this post was a long time ago but I was wondering if any one had the plans for fastworker 21-24 as I have one that I would like to fix up

The very boat in the photos was sitting in the Guernsey yard for years. The guy who lived nextdoor to me had a big Lotto win and wanted to put a big block Mercruiser petrol and outdrive in it. Idiot.
