Apart from the rudder arrangement and the overall length she looks very like a Cox 21 - did they make a longer version?

Unless they butchered the hull, and deck, I don´t think so. My father designed the 21 and I helped on some of the details. I tend to follow the french origen on this one. Seen similar but not exact.

Finally found out about this boat. Spoke to the brokers who had it on brokerage several years ago. It was called a Tornado 720 and was built by Lytton boat builders. Age given as 1980

Well it seems a tornado 720...i picked her up from a guy who I think tried to sell on ebay but the sale didnt go through...so I got the name but as you've all said that gives away very little...overall the yacht is in quite a good nick..i now replaced all the interior panels, gave it a clean lick of paint, new insulation, electrics etc etc so almost ready to launch her....will keep an eye on those keels and balance tho..and i very much wonder how she'll perform under sail...never sailed a twin keelr before...

Hi td, I know this post was ten years ago now, Im curious to know if you still own the Lytton or if you know if she's still out there somewhere? Have one my self and doing research into them and getting owners together or trying lol. Regards Mark
