Very helpful to me on the phone and seemingly (as far as I can tell) knowledgeable and able to give me a lot of advice.

I have have been looking at replacing nearly all my cabin lighting and have had mixed feedback from suppliers - from the grunting couldn't care less - up to this guy. He talked me though various options and work-arounds including the low-cost options too.

Considering substantial order from them. Unless anyone here suggests otherwise.

Often recommended on these forums.

No recollections of any complaints about them at all.

I use them all the time for both boat and motor electrical stuff. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. You sometimes need a robust sense of humour dealing with them, no need to her "precious". Always provide good value for money.

Unexpectedly I had to start my refit last year on Hayling Island and was dreading it thinking I was going to get ripped off by those "sarf coast shysters". Completely wrong, reasonable competitive prices and plenty of knowledgable specialists, rigging and electrical in my case. Anyway, also I discovered Furneaux Riddall and can't recommend them more highly. Got an amazing deal on new batteries from them this time last year.

I had some faulty leds from them last year - replaced with apologies by return without quibble.

Recommended.

its worth metioning that they sell a number of generic electrical parts, that fit many common engines, Starter/Glowplug relays for VolvoPenta for exmple that are more reasonably price than Volvo branded items. You can also visit and look at stuff before you buy it, unlike a number of Internet supliers. Easy parking as well.
