Anyone in Tarbert tonight

Ok.... Long shot. I am in Tarbert tonight (7th July) and am suffering a bad case of gout. However I have lost my tablets! Is there anyone here, who may have some gout pills.? If you are a sufferer, you know what I mean

Yes, considering the myriad of possibilities a pointer may be required but I am also not in the vicinity of any of them. What pills do you have as there are options.
