Anyone Having UK2.net e-mail probs?

Non-boaty I'm afraid, but just trying to reach a wider audience.
Despite promising their server switch-over last night would only stop e-mails for an hour, I've only been able to retrieve one batch today from UK2.net.
Anyone else with problems? /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Yer, me too. Been able to get mail, but alot of the time it wont connect - just keep trying.

Me too.

After being told to expect about 2 hours downtime, it's turned into 36 hours now. Damned ridiculous.

If you try and access the e-mail server via the web you get this

Yer, I am fortunate to use a domain name for email so I have changed the mailbox to my Demon Internet one. Still cant get at the exisiting messages until they pull finger though. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I could do the same I suppose. I do have another e-mail server some where. Now where is .........

I would suggest google mail, but you need an email account to get the invite to work. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Found it. It's a BT-Yahoo thingy. I've redirected my mail to that now.
That will guarantee that UK2.net will get their servers working.

It seems to be associated with people who have domains and associated e-mails on shared servers. They were upgrading (?) the network.
