I have a Cobra HH350 and I've lost the charging dock in a house move. I would like to make another (3D printed) but I don't know what the connections are at the back of the radio, or the voltage.
Please, if someone has the same model, could you give me the info, if possible voltage and polarity. There are two connector pads which mate with spring loaded contacts in the housing. I'm hoping it's 12V so I can run it straight off the house battery.

I have the HH325 and it says input 12 VDC
200 mA
Looking at the cradle from the front the left spring contact is the +
I assume the HH350 is the same.
Having said that there must be used cradles for sale or maybe someone on here has one?

Hey, thanks for that info. It would be great if someone has a used one. Failing that, It's reasonably easy for me to print and construct one

Do you also have the schematic for the charger PCB and the ability to manufacture it? Because the cradle won't simply be passing the power supply input directly to the radio, it will have complex electronics inside to manage the charging

I'm planning to use a 7.4V Lithium Ion charger (AFAIK it's a straightforward 1000 mAh 7.4V LIon battery pack) and just make the cradle for it.
