I'm coming out of Bridgemarsh for July to October and going to Hullbridge. My wooden dinghy (with launch trolley, but without road trailer) is currently in a garden somewhere in Hertfordshire. It was taken there by van and I currently have no way of getting it from there back to Hullbridge.

Am loathe to buy another dinghy for 4 months use, so wondered if anyone has a spare they are not using this summer..... or until I can get mine back. Bear in mind, it would be left in the water on the inside pontoon at Hullbridge - where everyone else leaves theirs, so assume it's safe.

Would happily contribute something towards the maintenance of it, or to a charity in lieu of.

I have a road trailer and my Lacetti has a tow bar. Borrow the rig for the day if you wish.
Available whenever you like.

You're welcome to borrow my little rubber duck Lisa, I'm sure someone would be able to collect from here and get it to you. Two oars but no outboard bracket, but that shouldn't be a problem

Thanks Dave - I already have a rubber duck but didn't want to use it as I need something I can leave out. I have had another offer of a hard tender, but may take up Jim's offer and go and get my old one. Thanks everyone. ECF coming up trumps again!

I just trumped. Ahem.

I think my boat Tigress is a few boats up from yours at Bridgemarsh. I moved her recently from a mooring at Hullbridge and you would be welcome to my old tender. Its the orange and white one (Dabbler) at the top next to the gate down to our pontoon. I have been meaning it to move it somewhere since last November.

Thanks very much! Will you be at Bridgemarsh this weekend? I will be there from either late tonight or early tomorrow until Sunday eve.
