Careful, you need to make 3 copies for each entrance.
There is a separate and different form for Belgium. No one collects them, but you can have some aggro if you do not have one in you filing - ask me how I know this?
Netherlands have a separate form and you can fax a copy to the local office, give one to the HM - who usually discretely puts it in the bin. The third, you put in your log or files - see earlier
Also keep you red diesel receipts and note when, where and how much you filled up with in the log. Again you may wonder how I got this knowledge?

You would probably in the long run save yourself a lot of time and aggravation if you send your MP an email telling him/her that the UK needs to FINALLY join the Schengen system. Being part of the EU but not participate in its' border control system is just not very smart, is it? Get aboard! There are more important borders to control within the EU than the one between Britain and Belgium. It is a serious waste of customs time to have Belgium customs clear British sailors, let the customs professionals work where it matters! Join Schengen, no time to waste!!!
