Never mind the Frogs have you seen what the Dutch electro beamers are doing? Its frightening! There is also a bit of talk in the industry regarding anglers. It is thought in some parts that anglers are landing almost double the commercial quota of some species, bass rings a bell. Some very conservative estimates I saw reckoned that if every member of the bass angling clubs took one fish home every now and then that it would far exceed the commercial quota. Probably quite justifiably some licenced fishermen are starting to get rather noisy about it.
