Anyone familiar with Brightlingsea Marina

I'm a reasonably frequent visitor to Brightlingsea but have always given the Marina a miss due the tidal limitations imposed by the cill and the fact that the place a silted up.

Hi, Jerry. Whisper was moored at B'sea last year, and I know the marina a bit - if your question hasn't been answered I'd be glad to try & help.

Hi Max how you doing? and MikeBz, I have arrived here now, it's very quiet at this time of year! I have only been to B"sea before when it was swarming, for Old Gaffers events. My question was about the marina, as I've never been in here..there's not a lot of water! But very good rates and service though. Now planning for the Medway / Swale when the tide, weather and daylight all work in my favour. cheers Jerry
