Anybody know this boat?

Next task: find Lord Lucan! Well, he did own a boat, even if it was one of those pesky mobo things.

Actually, she was called "White Migrant". There's a pattern emerging here...... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Perhaps a short note submitting your claim for recompense with a draft letter which may be sent to all the organisations supporting and sponsoring him describing how his actions may reflect on their organisations.

Considering the PC nature of the project perhaps the sponsors may not be so happy sponsoring a hit and run driver who does not pay his dues.

Apparently the venture is being project managed by a Kate Sparshatt. This is her email address.

kate@do-we.co.uk

Maybe people here should email her to alert her to this thread and the negative feelings on here - and the likely poor publicity that could potentially be generated.

An email to the owners setting out your claim, headed "Without Prejudice", explaining that you expect your claim to be settled forthwith, failing which you will instruct Admiraly Lawyers to commence proceedings and arrange for the arrest of their vessel will be very persuasive /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif the costs implications should be most thought provoking for them. The publicity associated with that would also hurt future requests for funds.

Blimey this is getting worse! - you dont want to be messing with the blokes on this forum, at this rate I would expect to see a notice of public execution posted by tomorrow, still he deserves it. I favour the electric chair.

***king hell James. Only a few days after Charles and I groped in there on a very dark night trying to get to the quay, without sucess. Can be tricky missing some of the anchored boats at low water, especially when thay have their anchor lights at the top of masts rather than in the cockpit where we might see them. Just think what damage we could have done!!!

Don't forget to post piccies of the malcreats after the leg breakings!

James,

I think it's time for you to make a managerial directive to command all of us here to e-mail the 'Sparshatt' connection to express our displeasure. Perhaps further afield to sponsors too.

How about it? We are awaiting instructions

"Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war"

Please will you all immediately change your views of Mr Hubbard.

Yesterday he contacted me by mobile phone completely independently of messages I had left at his home. He had been out of contact up the Fal where he had found an anchorage with better holding; I accept his explanation. He has behaved entirely honourably and and is paying for the repairs in full out of his own money - not the charity's.

I fully retract my accusations of caddish behaviour

Just popped back into this thread to see how it was progressing and I see the lynch mob are tooled up again and ready for the signal

If ever I need a hitman I'm definitely going to post a request in this forum :D

I'll pop back in later - I expect I'll see a new thread from James asking for recommendations for armed security guards
