Would it be possible to leave the boat there for three weeks? We're thinking of the last two weeks of June and first week of July, I hear rumours that it is very busy, possibly full. And what are the connections like to the St. Malo ferry?

Been there and loved it, and that was probably mid/late June. Didnt have any problem with a berth, thouh it was only a few days.I seem to recall they speak English, so a phone call should explain all.
I did even think of keeping the boat there, but it must be a fair old trip over to St Malo by cab.
If you like mussels, you wont ever get further than the cafes on the quay !

Not an especially helpful reply but it's the endpoint for the Cruising Association's Northern France & Channel Island's rally*, mid-late July this year because those who know about these things say it's a great marina. We've managed to book places for a dozen or so boats, so it can't be chokka. I could let you know the contact details of the CA's local rep there who could answer your question, but if I did I'd be drummed out of the regiment. I understand there's the possibility of a local ferry across to St Malo.

*there may be places still available for non-members to join, if you're interested PM me.

We loved it, but it is getting quite busy, as people have mentioned above. There is a straightforward bus link to St Malo from the town centre we used on a wet day. If they are full, perhaps Binic would be an option, it is quieter due to tidal limitations? That has a bus link too, with a change en route IIRC.
