Try sailcrew.co.uk its free to both skippers and crew so you may have way more success. There are loads of people registered.
I am a crew although I havent done much seeking lately - I'm racing every week. I decided not to use crew seekers because sail crew was so good.
You just register your details as skipper or crew and then wait for people to contact u or go through the lists and contact people yourself
