Any nice upgrades over the winter...

Have spent most of my free time undertaking 'upgrades' to my boat over the winter. Some of them were pretty essential (like replacing the mast tabernacle that was literally crumbling to pieces and sanding / epoxying the washboards).

Have also done some performance upgrades (mounting engine on transom bracket so I can lift it out of the water whilst sailing to reduce drag and creating a plug to sit in the outboard well).

Anyone else got any nice upgrades that we'll be seeing in the new season?

Upgraded the hot water sysem so now it poors out of the matrix due to being frozen!!
Upgraded the bog pipework to stop pollution for the same reason.

my major upgrade would be to get sell my mobo and get something with a sail, but 10 ton of snow sort of killed the ebay ad just before christmas !
