hi spotted this outside Puerto Banus on Thursday...not the best looking super yacht! but definately big!! I met the tender at the fuel station it must have been 40ft!
Any ideas who this is?

That's Arctic P. Commercial machine converted to a superyacht. About 85m. It was the late Kerry Packer's yacht, and afaik is still owned by his family and mainly used by his son James

Yes, I like some of them. I like for example ICE (ex AIR), which also has wonderful propulsion engineering, but I find the "tug conversions" (eg ARCTIC P and GIANT) a big ugly
And I only like them in big sizes. At smaller sizes eg 20-30m Bandidos or Nordhavns or whatever the hull speed of 12-13 knots ish means they are just too slow imho

It also says a full tank is 130,000 litres. That would make 6.2 litres/mile. Seems remarkably economical unless there's a typo.

Filled up with Fuel in Gib last week. Not the best looking superyacht, but a definite thing of purpose!
