Any EA representatives on here?

I've just sent a couple of emails to the EA relating to recent tree-work carried out on the island opposite our house on the Thames at Purley. I've only found a general 'enquiries' email address but would like/need a response a little quicker than the 10 working days they estimate for this address. Anyone on here from the EA, or does someone have a contact email address that will get to someone a little quicker??

It is unlikely that it will take that long. However if your desperate ring 08708 506 506 (8-6) and they will be able to help you.
If its an environmental or flooding incident ring 0800 80 70 60 where they provide an emergency service.
