I know yo way thinking of using an induction hob and a electric oven , so here some idea regarding capacity.
Has you may remember we 400Ah bank 12v Nd 750 W solar and thoughtout the spring and summer months we had no problem with using Induction hob kettle , microwave we even had enough power to heat up hot water so we was very happy .
Its Now Nov , we found the last three weeks thing have change quite a bit .,
With over cast and raining days.
I even had to put on the charger ( first time since we fitted lithium ) to put some charge back In.
Photo show we not getting the batteries hight enough to continue using as we did,
We stop using The induction hob a week ago .
So if your thinking of using the hob and oven over the winter months you need to be thinking about a bigger bank or lots more solar then we have .
