Antifouling skin fittings

I've just had a couple of skin fittings renewed - sink waste pipe outlets. I notice that the new skin fittings appear to be bronze. Is it OK to paint them with normal antifoul. Or do I need to use special prop antifoul?

If they ARE bronze, you shouldn't have a problem either way. You can leave them as they are or antifoul with normal GRP antifoul if you prefer. If they are in fact brass, the same should apply, but keep an eye out for corossion in a few years.
