Why not use the chandlers in Port Leucate? Chantier Naval du Golf next to the capitainerie. The prop is very friendly (agent for our MastaClimba) and speaks adequate English. While you are there, pop into Capestan a fascinating restaurant across the road and ask if you can go through to the back;- very interesting. An obvius Anglophile.
The is also a chandler in le Bacarès about 4 miles towards Perpignan.
Then you have Gruissan, Canet etc.
If the French prices are too high, what about going down to say Empuriabrava?
Don't know about boaty things, but swimming pool stuff, liners, tiles, pumps, filters etc was tons cheaper in Spain.
Can it be scrubbed in-water or does it come off with a cloth?
Hi Mark,
I've a friend dropping off some stuff here in march. Is that too late for you? I usually send it to his house in Devon.
