Antifoul

I brought a scruffy old dinghy ashore today for a clean. Its been a float for about 4 months, unused.
Before launch I raided the local skip and found the dregs of a can of Tiger Extra, tho sadly not quite enough to do the whole bottom.
It was like treacle so plastered on around the sides. Thought this might be an interesting experiment. I haven't touched it.

I can’t work out what’s going on in the pics. Where has the antifoul been applied? Looks like all old paint to me???

I hear moans about modern antifouling not being very good, all the strong stuff has been removed for environmental reasons etc. I was amazed by how clean the Hull was where I had applied the tiger and the demarcation between that area and the none antifouled bit........... Ie where the barnacles are. Not really any green even around the waterline. Please note I haven't touched it or scrapped or anything, that is as pulled ashore maybe 10mins previously. I will just add the inside stunk as the birds had found it!!
