To my knowledge there is no company currently manufacturing a yellow antifouling.
It is possible to make a yellow antifouling but main biocide would have to be something other than cuprous oxide because it is dark in colour. Copper thiocianate is used in the "white" antifoulings, so could be used in a yellow antifouling, as could the various other things used in the copper free antifoulings specially formulated for use on aluminum outdrives etc.
