I am on the Hamble and antifouling time is due, has anyone got any recommendations for an effective make,I used Jotun in the past but that is not possible since they banned the use of the effective ones.

2nd best to Jotun and still at a reasonable price I found EU45 was not bad. This was about 3 years ago on the UK South coast.

I used to use Micron on the Hamble. You need a good one, especially further up the river.

Take your boat back to the Netherlands during the season. The fresh water will kill whatever is growing there.

Different boat, the LM in the Netherlands is always clean. When I go there I am going to stock up on Jotun but I cannot get there until may,too late for my little Seamaster
