Anti Foul Trim Tabs?

Hi Y'all

Boats comin' out soon and needs a bottom scrub and anti foul... so is it OK to antifoul the trim tabs and Rams?

Also they have Anodes on them (Which i won't pain after they're replaced!) but will the antifoul have any negative effects on the anodes?

Its no problem to paint the tabs and rams, although don't paint the piston which slides in and out of the ram or you will damage the seals, so paint the rams with the tabs fully up then the piston is out of the way. It won't affect the operation of the anodes providing they have a good electrical grounding connection at the mounting points.

May be best to prime the tabs first, I use International Primocon and Trilux on top of that.

Just got to this antifoul job, are you planning to antifoul "P" brackets ? any pros and cons ?
