How to fit D RING ON ANTARRES 760 DO I NEED ONE TO GET TOWED ONTO TRAILER OUT OF WATER
The only time I have seen Antares 760s on a road trailer they were craned, travel-hoisted or fork-lifted onto the trailer. I assume you intend to winch directly from the water onto a trailer on a slipway so yes, you need a winch attachment point on the bow close to the waterline. If you look in the forward-most locker in the forepeak you will see a 100mm diameter hole cut out of the inner grp moulding that gives access to where to drill through the hull to fit a U-bolt together with load-spreading reinforcement. The access hatch into that locker is not really big enough but the plywood panel it fits in can be removed by removing a few screws. How to fit D RING ON ANTARRES 760 DO I NEED ONE TO GET TOWED ONTO TRAILER OUT OF WATER
