I have just had an email, supposedly from Gordon Murray [email address redacted], titled Re: Antares Charts - corrections and updates.
It includes a button marked "Read [my name] Message" and an exhortation to "Take action before Saturday" which links to a site ending viewmail-oj.online which is identified by my antivirus software as suspicious. I haven't clicked it. Has anyone else had one of these? Am I right to be suspicious?

Interestingly my sailing club got one today using LAST YEAR's subscription renewal title.

They hack accounts, harvest email addresses of senders and recipients and subject lines etc to create something likely to attract your attention. And to be fair it got more of a look than the usual TSB Account requires login... because I don't have a TSB account...

I also had one. Looks like Bob's system has been hacked.

Unfortunately, Bob has sometimes sent out an email with other addresses cc rather than bcc, so some addresses could have been picked up of somebody elses computer.

I will email Bob anyway, as we would not want him to get a bad name.
