Antal genoa car nylon sliding inserts

The nylon inserts on my Antal genoa cars have worn/broken to the point of needing replacement, but I can't seem to find any for sale. Has anybody had a similar problem and managed to find a distributor? I have tried Marineware who Antal list as their UK agent with no luck.

The cars themselves are fine, and it seems a shame to have to buy complete replacement cars when a consumable part has failed. They are a different length from the various offerings by Barton and Ronstan that Google throws up.
