"Old Lag" refers to habitual criminals.
I'll hold my hands up to having a habit, but I think you'll find it's tcm that's criminal. (well animal print upholstery is anyway)

We got there a bit late around 11.45 so nobody actually saw us because the camera went down I take it
Although we were sailing till 2.30 with only a 30 min stop for lunch
I was expecting some cracking advice on points of sail from this panel not a broken camera

I reckon your fore/aft trim could do with a bit more attention. And have you thought about rigging a proper barbour hauler on that jib sheet?
