Let's move on. This could be an earner. We approach web-cam operators and threaten to crash their servers unless they donate "a reasonable sum" to the RNLI or somesuch.

hehe was just letting everyone who it wasnt working for know that it was back up and running, might be a limiter on the amount of times a certain IP can access the site in a particular timeframe that caused the lockouts... ?
