Another Warning, Sorry!

Next week, starting Wednesday and finishing on Sunday, It's the Medway Keel Boat Regatta. During this time users of the Medway/Thames Estuary are likely to encounter up to 80+ racing keel boats of all descriptions shouting things like

" can't you see we're racing ,water, starboard" and generally ignoring all ColRegs/NTM's and local byelaws<s>.

Should anyone have a complaint then please feel free to contact me on vhf Ch 37, boat name "Marguerite". Please, if you have to contact me, give me details of the incident, sail number and/or boat name of the vessel involved, nature of the incident and I promise it will be dealt with.

Pleased be warned that if I ask you to repeat the trafffic it is because it is being recorded for the protest committee.
