Yes. It even has an engine right in the middle

In the middle of the boat there is a four cylinder engine that has not been run for a long period of time and needs attention. This engine is untested and is believed to be a BMC 1800/1600.

I always read "untested" as "I'm pretty damned sure it's wrecked, but I don't want to lie, so I haven't touched it" at best, at worst, "I tried to get it going, but it's hard to get a solid lump of rust to turn over"
