Another negative on mailspeed marine

Needed two tube heaters and the local chandlery was out of stock. The better of the mail order/store front places were out as well. Mailspeed marine claimed to have the item in stock. Ordered two, paid for next day delivery. Three days (three freezing days) later and still no delivery. Called after the first failed date, they blamed the delivery company. After two more failed dates and NO response to emails to customer service I ended up ordering ordering from a non-chandlery company that I know is reputable. Thanks to this forum I am at least savvy now on the distance goods act and my rights to cancel. So, another phone call tomorrow to read them the distance goods act text on cooling off period and the fact that the items were never delivered. If it is the delivery company they chose them it is there problem to deal with not mine.

So, another very negative vote for mailspeed marine.:mad:
