Felt the terrible Urge for a 19 foot bow rider to see how it compares with the 17 Footers.

My 17 footers have Merc 115's on the back and can reach about 40 knots.

Bought this the other day and on testing it with the V6 200 horse Yam on the back we got 46 knots so quite pleased. With a little work and better trimming I am going for 50 but suspect I wont make it

Here she is.... Needs a little TLC but these Fletchers have got to be kept alive

The Helm Seat doesn't look too comfy :), but it looks good otherwise, and the engine looks very smart.
A V6 200hp probably sounds good as well at speed?

Hi
Big fletcher fan myself and recently got another.
That’s a great hull you have there. It’s the same hull (im sure) as my SC19 model.
I have a lesser powered new model 115hp CT mercury mariner 4 stroke. After a few props changes (my obsession) she will see 43.3 mph flat out and trimmed up. She hits the limiter at that though.
You should see close to or at the 60 mph gps with that set up. Certainly easily mid 50’s at least. Genuinely. Have a play with props.
If you like I can advise (should you need it)...if you can tell me what prop you have now and what rpm you are seeing flat out.
You should defo see more than you are currently if all is healthy with the engine. A good prop and the bravery to trim her up is all that’s needed.
As you’ll know..these fletcher hulls are surprisingly fast things well trimmed. Care required with them though over 50 mph. They can get hairy at the limit.
